Book a one-on-one reflective supervision session with an experienced social work practitioner. Receive personalized support and guidance to enhance your professional development and well-being.

Sessions can take place fortnightly, monthly, or on a more sporadic basis, all tailored to individual need.

We are highly experienced in supporting newly qualified social workers during the assessed and supported year of employment post qualification.

£1500 per NQSW (inc. 12 monthly supervisions, two direct observations, and the completion of all requirements detailed within the Skills For Care ASYE program).

Additional supervisions can also be facilitated as and when required in recognition of individual learners differing needs, the cost of which will be negotiated separately.  

We offer high quality offsite practice education to student social workers up and down the country, taking a flexible approach, meaning direct observations can be undertaken either on a face to face or virtual basis, in the best interests of the student and service user.  

 

£12 per day for each day the student is in attendance at placement (mileage costs may apply in relation to any face to face direct observations completed). 

Individualised support provided to social work students/apprentices/newly qualified social workers.

The support offered during a student/ASYE mentoring session is fully personalised, and can consist of emotional wellbeing/support building resilience, reflective discussions, and exploration of assignment questions, and the general development of study skills.
